If you are looking for some Hongkie food which are light, original and with pure Hong Kong taste, Canton-i will be the right place for you of course! Canton-i is the same corporation as Dragon-i, just the range of food served is different (the pricing are almost the same though). Canton-i sells traditional Wantan Mee, Dimsum, Pao, and so on. However, Dragon-i’s famous food is la-mian, xiao long bao, etc. Over here, we will mainly introduce on Canton-i. Even though the price may be a little bit more expensive, but it is still worthwhile if you are hardcore Hongkie fans.

This is the Hong Kong milk tea which is under chef’s recommendation list and it literally flies from Holland to Malaysia (imported from Holland). The milk tea is so smooth and taste so irresistible where you wouldn’t mind that it actually costs you RM5.50.
这就是这里重点推介的港式奶茶,它的特别之处在于这是专程从荷兰进口的。香味扑鼻的奶茶喝起来顺滑可口,甚至让您不介意它昂贵的价钱。
Here’s the honey roasted pork rice. The honey roasted pork is so tasty where you can’t stop munching once you started. Furthermore, it is not oily at all, same goes to the roasted pork belly as shown in the picture below. There’s this pork belly skin layer at the top which is perfectly roasted to its crunchiness, and below the crunchy skin, there’s only a very thin layer of fat where you don’t need to be afraid of growing fat after eating this. FYI, the roasted pork belly is also one of the chef’s recommendations.
这是烧味饭。美味的叉烧让人忍不住地把饭往嘴里送。值得一提的就是,它并不油腻,迎合每个人的口味。就像下图的烧肉+ 水饺双拼干捞面,也是重点推介之一,它的烧肉也不会太油,所以不必担心吃了体重会上升。
Here’s the dumpling and honey roasted pork Wantan Mee. The dumplings are so full of fresh succulent prawns. Every bite on the dumplings is so tender and juicy.
这就是叉烧+水饺双拼干捞面。多汁的水饺里包满了虾肉,吃起来口感极佳。
If you wanna try on something lighter, and give your taste buds a rest, you may try on the plain porridge. Deep Fried Carp Fishballs as shown below is another alternative.
如果想吃些清淡的,这里有蛮多不同口味的粥供选择。上图显示的就是瑶柱丝白粥,当然您也可以加上些配料。下图的炸鲮鱼球就是一个很好的例子。
This is another Hongkie famous food, the Hong Kong Chee Cheong Fun. The soy sauce tasted so natural. The skin of the chee cheong fun is so tender and smooth where you don’t even have to bite before letting it drops to the back of your throat.
这是另一样香港粥面家的著名食品,港式猪肠粉。配搭天然口味的酱油,加上猪肠粉本身的顺滑,让您不需咀嚼就可以把它吞下。
All in all, the food are delicious and recommendable to others. However, it will be even better if the serving portion can be a little bigger. As you can see, there’s only 6 pieces of meat in every serving, unless you order a double treat, then there will be 12 pieces of meat.
这里的食物种类繁多,而且让人回味,的确值得我们介绍给大家。但是,如果分量可以改善的话,当然是更好。
